I'm having some system problems, and I would like some advice. Problem: I've had some system problems. I guess as a result, I have two problems with system folder... first, half of my files are GONE. If I look up the folder with Disktop, the folder information shows 116 files inside. Yet, there can't be more than 20 or so. The system file itself is even missing, besides the fact that my machine continues to boot up. BTW: none of my inits startup, just the system. Secondly, there is a folder within my system folder that I can't open, I can't delete, and just can't do anything with. I think this might have something to do with the missing files. I copied the folder originally from another disk. I was able to verify the original folder, but the one in my system folder is messed up. Lastly, I've tried rebuilding the desktop, by method of control+option key, and also by throwing away the desktop file, in unifinder. I need help... if anyone has a clue, please fill me in. Thanks very much. - Chris ._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._.._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._.
