I very much agree with this but the net users must start to sign their net messages with a complete path. This is usually done but not always. What are the commonly agreed upon mail exchange sites? I know "ihnp4" is one. Are there others? Please send me mails if you know it and i will post a summary here. Albert Cheng (Univ.
