In a recent (10 days or so ago) posting to the FidoNet EchoMac group, Mike Steiner was quoted (by Chris Silverberg, 1:322/575.1) about a recent suite of tests run by a research firm between applications with both Mac and Windows 3 versions. The tests were run on IBM and Compaq machines and Macs as closely matched to the others as possible. If anyone out there has seen this study, I would highly appreciate any pointers to the source. Ideally, I'd like to get an Email hook to the research firm, with the idea of obtaining an electronic version of the report;however, I would be willing to buy a copy. *Any* leads to this will be greatly appreciated.
