I have a couple questions about buying an external HD for my mac SE.
I have gotten some info from a company called _Integrated Data Storage Systems_
that offers a 21.5 meg "portable" HD. Now, this HD runs off of the mac's
internal power supply, so it doesn't require it's own fan or power supply.
Question: is there a chance that powering both the HD and the mac can overload
the powersupply, possibly melting some important parts in the mac, which could
be bad?
If anyone has info on this company, their HD (IDS WIP 21.5 HD) or my question,
it would be much appreciated.
