A friend of mine showed me a program on his atari st which made the mouse pointer behave wierd. Gravity would pull it to the bottom of the screen and moving the mouse would provide impulse in a given direction. The effect was like the vidio game asteriods but with gvavity. Does anyone know where I can get any useless but entertaining programs like this for the MAC. CXS128@PSUVM.EDU

There's a DA called Bouncer (?) that starts the mouse moving in some direction, but it only bounces off the "walls." Makes it hell to get to a menu to shut the system off, though. Make sure to run it under MultiFinder, 'cuz under Finder you can't quit a DA.

Or how about 'AutoCruise', an INIT I found at sumex sometime last spring semester. It causes the cursor to behave just like the game 'Crystal Quest'. If you've never played Crystal Quest, the game reads the velocity of the mouse ( so I'm told ) along with what direction it's going, and causes the cursor to seem to float around. Amusing, but difficult to control for the uninitiated. regards.. -- _____________________________________________________________________________ ~ | Erik O'Shaughnessy |\/\/\/| ~ | Small Systems | | ~ | New Mexico State University | * | ~ o========== | Las Cruces, NM USA | (x)(x) |_|==== | eoshough@dante.nmsu.edu C _) === |------------------------------------ | ,___| === |"Do not follow the NULL pointer, | / | for that path leads to chaos, /____\ Die Bart!
