Absolutely trivial question to which the indexes of Inside the Mac and of Think C users' guide seem to give no clue: How, when you run a C program with input from stdin, do you enter an end of file from the keyboard? (Cognitive dissonance with the recent remarks about "Unix is horrible" - if you can't write and run an ordinary program, what on earth good is the system?) Please answer to address below. A command-enter will do it for MPW. Try something along those lines.
