[comp.sys.mac.misc] MacroMaker questions

Two questions:

  1) Can MacroMaker be used to create Macros for Desk Accesories?
     If so, how?

  2) When the MacroMaker Icon gets pushed off past the right side of
     the screen because there are too many menus in the menu bar, how
     can I get at it?
