[comp.sys.mac.misc] New Mac power supplies

The Plus was the last of the real original Macs, complete with unreliable
analog board, etc. According to the press releases posted on various Mac
groups, all three of the new lines have "international" power supplies
(no hardware change needed for 110-240V). Great. I have the spec sheet from
the Stanford bookstore in front of me. For the LC, it says, "Line voltage:
90 to 240 volts" - no problem. For the Classic and the IIsi, however, both
spec sheets say "Line voltage: 120 volts".

So which is right - the press release or the spec sheet? Some of us rely on
being able to ship our Mac around the world, and this makes a big difference.
