Someone a while back was kind enough to send me a copy of Alpha 2.07 a while back to try out. I finally got around to testing it and when I run the program I have a problem. 1. A window pops up that says "ERROR '#'" I click OK (even though the arrow doesn't come back, I use the watch). 2. Window #2 pops up. It says "YYERROR on or near line 302". I click OK. Then the program seems to be OK, except the EMACS key bindings seem to be messed up. Pressind control-any key gives me these funny little boxes on the screen. I remembered tyring the program briefly when I first got it and it seemed to work fine with none of this weirdness. Any ideas? My problems were solved after I upgraded my system to 6.0.7. My guess is that somehwere along the line my system got munged just bad enough to cause small problems like this, but nothing catastrophic. I'd like to thank all those who responded.
