Sometime next semester, I will have the opportunity to purchase a Macintosh. Lately, I've been looking over the Mac SE/30. Does the SE/30 use the same sound chip as the higher models use? Also, are there any known quirks or compatability problems associated with it? Will system 7 work smoothly and utilize virtual memory on a /30?
