[comp.sys.mac.misc] silly news

aire@alessia.dei.unipd.it (Renzo Marcanzin) (10/25/90)

Hi guys,

it's a lot of time that I read the new about the Next and the Mac,
I think that look like silly begin a war between Macusers and Nextusers.

The ones of you that think that Next is better, do that because they have
good reasons, bye the other sidy the ones that think that Mac is better,
have their reasons.

IS VERY SILLY to say that MAC IS BETTER, or NEXT IS BETTER. Like
all in the world some things are good for some applications, and some
others things are good for another type of applications.

Is like to say PROST is better that SENNA or HONDA is better than
FERRARI. The only thing of I am sure is that this sentences are only silly,
and I am very surprised that so intelligent people full this space of news
with silly news.

P.S. I have not a Mac or a NeXT.

No, it's not silly. If you had a NeXT and had ever used a mac, you would know
that
NeXT IS better than a crapple mac.

What is better? an apple or an orange? a formula 1 or a truck?
clasic music or rock? a live concert or a CD record? onions or potatos?
New York or Paris? pepsicola or cocacola? democrats or republicans?
Bach or Bethoven? your taste or my taste? a Mac+ ($700 now, or less) or
a NeXT ($3000, I'm not sure)?

:-)

Bilbo thought immediately of a warm home and breakfast, but looked
down and thought the better of it.

Indicating that ignorance greatly streamlines the decision-making process.

I was under the impression that you and me could agree on
