Macintosh software development position open.

POSITION:	Engineer/Sr. Engineer I
HIRING MANAGER:	Nancy Francis
LOCATION:	Pittsburgh
TRAVEL:		Some customer interaction and travel to Denver required.
APPROVAL DATE:	October 30, 1990

SKILL SET:	B.S. in C.S.; 3-5 years sw development exp. including
		strong C programming experience required.  Must have 
		completed and delivered some portion of a software
		development project programming in the Macintosh operating
		system environment.  Successful customer interaction
		experience preferred.

		Requires proven experience with Macintosh and other pc's,
		SUNS, C/Unix, Hypercard.  MPW, Mac db pkg a plus.

DESCRIPTION:	Software engineer to provide implementation design and
		development leadership to the HelpDesk development program.

KEY DUTIES:	1)  Participate in system functionality and architecture 
		definition - perform technical requirements analysis.

		2)  Lead CGI in development of HelpDesk technology -
		coordinate activities of both external & internal staff and 
		develop portions of system.

		3)  Provide technical consulting to CGI engineers in the
		hw configuration, networking, req. analysis, etc.

		4)  Conduct platform analysis (development tools, network
		sw, db sw) for implementaion of HelpDesk architecture.
