Hypercard, so far as I know, has never been legal to put on BBSs.  The System
and Resedit (and the Comm Toolbox, and a lot of other stuff) are legal only
if a license is obtained from Apple to put them up.  Someone@apple.com should
be able to give you the address/ph@ of Apple Software Licensing.
