I fired up Alpha 2.07, in a folder with all of the files that came with it. First thing it gives me is an alert saying that it got yyerror on or near line 6. Now, I am very glad to see someone using good ol' yacc or bison or whatever, but the error messages go beyond cryptic all the way to unusable. The file it was attempting to load, (my deduction) was Alphabits. None of the keybindings were made, so carriage return didn't, etc. There are several things in the Alpha package that I want in a text editor - the ACMDs, for instance.
