I have a large resource with some extra icons, and I want to know how to paste them onto a file or application. I've done it with the finder icons (trash, folder, etc.) but I can't seem to get it to work with an application. Is this because applications are protected against such unauthorized tampering? (even PD ones?) or are the icons not changed in the same manner as the finder icons. Any help would be appriciated., please reply by email.
