[comp.sys.mac.misc] Need help with my system heap - I think!!

I have a 4 meg Mac Plus with about 12 inits. When I have a few programs going
I notice that when I choose "About the Finder" the System bar is completely
or 99% full. Is this a problem - what should I do to fix it?
