I have an SE/30 and would like to upgrade to a color system. Preferably I would like to get a 24 bit system and a 19" monitor but I think that the money constraints on me will limit me to getting 8 bit and the normal 13" color monitor from apple. What I would like from all of you is some information on which cards are the best. If you have bought a color card for your SE/30 could you tell me what you like/dislike about it? If you have bought a card for a MAC other than the SE/30 I would still like to get some comments. I would appreciate it if you could tell me the name of the company, the price of the card/monitor, how long you have owned it/them and the pro's and cons of the equipment. I have been reading in MacWorld and they have made some very good articles about color monitors and cards, in fact the January edition talks in depth about 24 bit color. Anyway, if I get enough good information I will most certainly post it in compiled version to the net.
