BinHex5.0 can *decode* the type of hqx ASCII encoding used on Usenet, but
it *creates* 8bit MacBinary files such as are used on Compuserve and
GEnie, etc, but not used on Usenet. In fact it is an obsolete, though
compatible version, as MacBinary II is the current standard.

BinHex4.0 *creates* and *decodes* the ASCII hqx encoding used on Usenet.
