Please pardon me if this has been covered before. I have a friend with no news access who would like to know about the following: If one is running AU/X on their Mac, and using ethernet media, will network programs written "correctly" using Mac/TCP protocols, work on a regular ole TCP ethernet? (He will be the writer of the programs) Are there tricks to this? Is it possible with Macs running standard Mac OS and Mac/TCP to do this? I've embellished his question a bit, and I really have NO IDEA if this is a can o' worms, or stupid, or no problem at all. Any helpful books or ftp sites would be appreciated.
