AppleLink mgmt. has told me they're interested in hearing
about any performance issues with their product.
If AppleLink is giving you problems, they've asked that
you describe the problem (along with the date/time you accessed
the system, the version of ALink software you're using and
the phone # you're calling), and send them a message to
AppleLink address ASK.HELPLINE. You may send mail from UseNet
to ASK.HELPLINE@applelink.apple.com
