[comp.sys.mac.misc] e-mail from internet to "other" sites...

moyman@ecn.purdue.edu (01/04/91)

How do I (me being on the Internet) e-mail a user on some of the other
"networks". For example, to mail to someone who has an AppleLink
address/account... from the internet I would send mail to:

user@applelink.apple.com

I want to know the syntax to mail other sites like GEnie, CIS, MacNET,
Compu$erve, etc... (if possible)... Please e-mail direct (if possible) I will
summarize if I get anything worthwhile...

Mailing to CompuServe would be:

	user.id@compuserve.com (73777.662@compuserve.com)

or

	...!compuserve!user.id (...!compuserve!73777.662)
