He is interested in aquiring a program that will convert TIFF format files to GIFF format. He is quite aware that Canvas is capable of doing this, but does not wish to spend the amount of money necessary to buy Canvas. If there are any public domain programs out there which can do this, please let me know VIA E-MAIL, as I do not subscribe to this group. Also, if there is a cheaper *commercial* product available (he says around $50.00 is o.k.), that would be fine as well. But either way, we need titles and places to get those titles from!
