	I heard there is an incompatibility problem with Norton Speed Disk
	optimizer and OLDER versions of DiskExpress (I think it was v1.02?).
	If this is your problem, the offical word from Norton/Symantic's is
	that Speed Disk does the right thing.  Newer version of DiskExpress
	does not have this problem.
