[comp.sys.mac.misc] Where can I find MIDI manager documentation?

The distribution package that came with Lime (a music-notation package
from Univ. of Illinois) includes Apple's MIDI Manager 2.0, but no
documentation for same.  Can anyone refer me to a source (preferably
on-line, ftp-able) for the documentation?
