Hi, there,
A friend of mine is having problem with his 2-Page Monitor.
The problem is that evey time when he start up or reclaim the screen
from a screen saver, the upper-right corner of the monitor is dis-
appeared with black for an area of 1/4 by 3/4 inch triangle. Then,
after 2-3 minutes, the monitor go back to normal with a slight
distortion (I mean the border line is not straight and symmetrical as
the left side). What is the problem with the monitor? Is it a serious
problem that needs a lot of money to repair? The monitor is stil
under warranty. Although it has been sent back to Apple dealer for
repair, the problem is still there. Can he ask for a replace instead\
of a repair? What if the dealer refuse to do that?
Any information is welcome.
