Hello all. This may be one of those "stupid" questions, but here I go anyway. I know that a few programs out there (TheNews, HyperFTP, NCSA Telnet 2.4B) require MacTCP to operate. Is MacTCP public domain, shareware, freeware, etc.. or is it copyrighted Apple software? Thanks.. Mike Silano

There are also licenses available to permit distribution with applications at $2500 for "internal-use" and $5000 for commercial-use.

It might be bundled with the applications which require it. If not I'd call the place where you bought the app and ask them how you can get it. If they don't know, call the company who puts it out.
