My question about a book for ResEdit 2.1 proved successful.
There are two books out. Both are published by Addison-Wesley.
The first book is
Title: ResEdit Complete
ISBN#: ISBN 0-201-55075-X
Price: 29.95 US cover price
Authors: Peter Alley and Carolyn Strange
Notes: It comes with a disk that has ResEdit 2.1 on it.
The second book is
Title: Reference for Resedit 2.1 (also try ResEdit Reference Manual)
ISBN#: 0-201-577-682
Price: Unknown (at least no one who sent me mail knew....)
Author: Apple Computer (someone said that this book looks like an Inside
Macintosh book, e.g. same format, similiar cover...)
