System 7.0 removes the need for suitcases -- but there are still times when it's nice to have them around. For example, I'm using Suitcase II 1.2.9, and I'd like to move some fonts out of my System File into a suitcase so I can quickly use the fonts when I need them, and get them out of the way the rest of the time. (Opening up the System File each time and manually dragging the fonts out isn't feasible, because it takes *forever* to open the System file on my SE.) So, my question is: how do I create a suitcase file to put fonts into? Can this be done with the Font/DA Mover 4.1 (which, by the way, works under System 7.0)? For space considerations, I'm hesitant to just take an existing font suitcase, move evreything out of it, and put fonts into there, because I've noticed that even an empty font suitcase takes up about 30k on the disk. Why is this?) The same applies to DA's. Any ideas will be appreciated! << Brian >> | Brian S.
