I have seen some macs at several places having some pictures instead of the usual desktop patterns. How can I do that with my mac? Where can I get the pictures and the program if I need one? -- ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ** Kingson@uxh.cso.uiuc.edu ** ** or try kgg6822@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu ** ** University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign USA ** ** Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering ** ** Electromagnetic and Communication Laboratory ** //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

ColorDesk (comes part of the ScreenGems collection) and DeskPicture (comes part of the Now Utilities collection). DeskPicture works on both Classic and Color QuickDraw Macs while ColorDesk only works on Color Macs. I would recommend the Now Utilities package but you do have to realize that I wrote DeskPicture. --Clay -- Clay Maeckel * UUCP: {ames, apple, portal, sun, voder}!claris!clay (I know nothing!) * Internet: clay@claris.com * GEnie: C.MAECKEL Claris Corporation * AppleLink: Maeckel1 * CompuServe: 73057,255
