I picked up a copy of MaxAppleZoom with a new disk drive that also contains 6.0.7. Although MAZ is a great little tool, my system seems to crash arbitrarily (and often featuring spectacular color special effects) with a high rate of frequency whenever MAZ is turned on. Has anyone else out there experienced this problem, and if so, is there a known patch? I'm not willing to pay the shareware fee if I can't get it to work reliably... System description: Mac II OS 6.0.7 Apple 8 bit video card 13" Apple color monitor 8M RAM 105M Quantum drive (not LPS) The MAZ documentation goes to great length to assure me of the bug free nature of the product for a Mac II with the 8 bit card, so I imagine that the problem is with 6.0.7 or a conflict with some other init/cdev. If someone can save me from painstakingly removing them one at a time, I'd appreciate it.
