I had asked help for a few problems w/ my girlfriends mom's Mac. Let me give a discription of what she has and what she wants to do. She has a Mac IIsi, a hard drive (don't know haw big or the type) color monitor, 2400 baud modem, I believe she had 1 meg (maybe more), and a personal laserwriter (sci, sc scsi, or something like that, I think) the only term program she has is for Weslaw, and she wants to be able to call and ask for help herself, and she also wants to be able to transfer text files (documents) to me via modem (I have a ][gs). She has the program "PrintShop" and when she does flyers, and such, the program has a selection of boarders she can put around the flyer, but sometimes when she does this, the whole document becomes distorted and has all sorts of erregular "noise" all over it. and thirdly, whe boarder around her screen used to be the same and the background color/pattern. But she onve turned it off then on too quickly and now the boarder is black...I was there, but for the life of me I can figure out how or why this happened..but she of course, thinks I had something to do with it. I know that this is an easy function to change on the ][gs, but how do I do it on a mac thanx for all of your responces on the last message...and thanx in advance on this message.
