Hi, I am posting this for a friend of mine who is setting up an Appleshare server for a department here. He has the following questions-any help at all would be appreciated very much. Please send e-mail directly to him at kato@vmd.cso.uiuc.edu Thanks! 1) The Appleshare server will be an SE/30 with a 20M internal and a 140M external partitioned into 2 70M partitions. Is there anything gained by adding more than 2M of memory to the machine(he is under the impression that any more than 5M is note really used-oh, the version of Appleshare is 2.0 2) Is is possible to attach an Apple CD-SC to the server in a way that the server doesn't have to be taken down in order to put in new CD-ROM's. One suggestion has been to use Apple's CD Remote DA and SCSI probe. Thanks again for any and all help! -Brad Kolar
