[comp.sys.mac.misc] HELP! Monochrome menu bar on color screen

i just reformatted my hard drive and installed 6.0.7.  and for
some reason the apple icon is monochrome (whatever color i choose
for menu titles in the kolor cdev).  how can i get my colored 
apple back??
