I would like to check with you guys out there who own seiko 1445 monitor.
For some reasons, with my IIsi when the desktop pattern is set to checker board
pattern with the following settings:
dark tiles light tiles
hue 0 0
saturation 0 0
brightness 30583 34952
red 30583 34952
green 30583 34952
blue 30583 34952
The monitor is showing same sort of shadow of the outlines of the window and the
title bar. The shadow is not terribly noticable but it is there. I also notic
e that this shadow apppears for the outline of the windows only, not the icons .
.etc.
I called up Seiko and they told me to try to connect my monitor to test the moni
tor to the internal video since they suspected the video board (rasterops 24s).
However, this problem is still there when I tried it.
Do any of you know what is going on? The problem only occurs with the above set
tings.
