IF registration cards are printed in such a way as to indicate the purpose: a) "You WILL get technical support on this product..." b) "You WILL be eligible for updates and corrected versions..." c) "You WILL receive newsletter <name>..." then they have a benefit to the end-user. These cards I have turned in. However, if the form has 25 questions on it about my income, age, sex, and number of people in my family, then I don't see how this "registers" me as a user. That was my point. I shouldn't have used the word NEVER; it should have read RARELY EVER. Leonard (I'm not cynical, I just waved my wand over too many companies.) :-)
