I have received wonderful, gracious, "bending over backwards
to please" service from Kensington Microware.

Nine month old System Saver Plus fan for my Mac Plus is noisy
(grinding bearing sound), making me worry about its future.
I lost the invoice (but did have my credit card billing
statement, which wasn't proof positive of purchase because the
purchase was from a 3rd party mail order house).

Kensington Microware not only agreed to repair/refurbish
without a quible, but also volunteered to accept direct
shipment to the returns manager to expedite turn-around
time to 2 or 3 days when I indicated concern about the
MacPlus power supply failure history.

A super company with good products and wonderful service.

Just a satisfied customer.
