[comp.sys.mac.misc] looking for fonts

thanatos@pro-graphics.cts.com (Steve Godun) (07/26/90)

I'm looking for the following Shareware PostScript fonts for the Mac. If you
have any (or all?) of them, it would be most appreciated if you use StuffIt to
compress & binhex the files to me at thanatos@pro-graphics.cts.com. Thanks!

Looking for: ChiTown, Classica Roman, Classica Heavy, Classica Italic,
Faustus, Miami Nights, Princeton, Toulouse Lautrec, Alison, Righton Bold,
Gordon, Helvetica Fractions, Kathila, SharpnFlat, Slant Informal, Stymie Light
and Thin Times Bold. Thanks!

I'm looking for new fonts for my Mac. Two that I'm interested in
obtaining are Chancery and Zapf. Are there any archive machines out
there with these (and LOTS of other) fonts on them? Sumex has a
fairly poor collection.

Thanks in advance!

me again. i replaced my corrupted System file with a new one
instead of installing it, out of ultimate idiocy, now i paid
the price. some of the nice fonts i had were long gone. i
cannot remember where i got the fonts from, so i need your help.

here's the fonts that i'd like to find:

		Bouton
		London
		San Francisco
		Los Angeles
		Venice

any pointer would be helpful, thanx.

oh, btw, does anyone know how naming fonts with city names got
started? inquiring mind wants to know.

	g'day,

I have never heard of this font. It could be commercial or PD. Try ftp
to sumex to see if it is in the archive.

These are on your Macintosh system software distribution disks. Grab them
from your stack of disks that came with your mac.
