My printer chokes when I try to print on legal size paper in landscape mode. This happens when printing from various applications such as Microsoft Word and Superpaint. Basically, it prints about three quarters of the page and then just stops. The red paper jam lights comes on. I then literally have to pull the rest of the page out of the printer. Since the problem is not application specific, could it be the laserwriter driver in system 6.0.5? The problem persists even in the absence of all inits. (BTW, this is a mac IIx with 5mb RAM) I know this problem hasn't alway been so, since I *have* printed legal documents in the past. But, since I only rarely print documents on legal size paper, I can't tell when the problem began occurring... Help?
