I have a Mac+ that operates just fine if I use the internal 3.5" drive. However, if I plug the Apple 20 meg drive into it (that worked just fine before I moved the computer in my car) it won't recognize the drive. I have an Apple SCSI cable running from the back of the Mac+ to the TOP connection on the back of the Apple SCSI 20 meg external drive. I have no other connection to the drive (except the power cable). The computer will get all the way to the "Question Mark" screen, and the drive will Zzzzzzip and the red (led/drive on) light STAYS on. There is no further I/O after this. I tried running an Apple SCSI utility to recognize the drive, but to no avail. How can I access this drive? What have I hooked up wrong? Kevin ----- ProLine : kms@pro-permian : Kevin M.
