We have a plotter connected to Superset workstation. Now my boss would like to connect the HP 7550A plotter to a Mac II, and print the files (most of them are of texts) to the plotter. We ever tried once, but the printout was bitmapped in text. My boss thought the driver was not good, and would like to know if there are any plotter drivers that could print MacDraw or Freehand, or any other graphics programs files to the plotter (HP 7550A)? Also, I suspect that if we put the type one fonts in the system folder or use ATM, we might be able to get a good quality like a laser printer printout. Am I right here? Is there anyone have experience with that? Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks in advance. Peter Liu
