Our news sever has become flakey recently. Sorry if you've seem several postings of this article. My Mac Plus is having problem with its video display. The visible portion of the screen expands when displaying white and shrinks for black. If several large black blocks are drawn across the screen, both sides of the visible area look like wave lines. I suppose this symptom is what Mr. Larry Pina calls it "buckling and blooming" in his book. I followed the procedure described in his book and measured those suspectable capacitors. However, those capacitors seems to be working properly. Does anyone know what could be wrong? BTW, my Mac has 2.5 MB RAM in it. Thanks in advance! Daniel Yeh wyeh@eng.clemson.edu
