I just got word from my co-worker at Palm Springs Fire Department that SAM 3.0 has some major bomb-style bugs in it. He got his brand new upgrade disks, followed instructions to the letter, and the machine bombed upon startup. Naturally, the first thing he did was to call Symantec. You know what they said?
