Hello, I have the following problem: I regular get technical reports in PostScript format and I don't have access to a LaserWriter. My idea is to print these PostScript files with the help of a PostScript interpreter on an ImageWriter. From the article on personal page printers in the MacWorld from may 1991 I understand there are 3 commercial programs that can print PostScript files on a matrixprinter, namely Freedom of Press 3.0 (smaller version: Freedom of Press Light 3.0), TScript 1.3 (smaller version: TScript Basic 1.3) and UltraScript Plus 1.03 (smaller version: UltraScript 1.03). My first question is: which of these programs are able to print PostScript files that are not created on the Macintosh? My second question: how good are there PostScript interpreters? Thanks, Ruurd Wiegers Internet: ruurd@ooc.uva.nl
