[I am posting this message for a friend. Replies to myself will be forwarded to Steve.] I am using MACDRAW II to create a set of houseplans. I want to plot the drawing out on an HP7585B plotter, but MACDRAW II requires that the MAC be directly connected to the plotter. Unfortunatly, my plotter is connected to a VAX port and it is extremly inconvenient to connect directly to it. I would like to write a converter to convert MACDRAW II files to HP Graphics Language (HPGL), but am unable to find a document on the MACDRAW II file format. Does anyone know how I might get a copy of MACDRAW II file formats? Claris has been very slow in responding to my requests. An alternate approach would be to somehow change the port driver and run MACDRAW II with its internal conversion program and capture the HPGL output directly from MACDRAW II. Does anyone know of such a port driver? Thanks, Steve Hadfield (shadfield@taurus.sim.es.com) Taylor Leaming tleaming@taurus.sim.es.com Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp.
