I've found the following in the tools directory on ftp.apple.com. I've downloaded both macsbugs and resedit. ***** Include File ***** Read Me - Tools In the event you have not read the README.FIRST document and the ftp-issues.txt files in the root /ftp/dts and /ftp/dts/help directories, please read this note as well as those documents. Apple is making ResEdit and MacsBug available on this ftp site for your convenience; however, their presence here, just like any other licensed software on this site, does not mean that they can be freely distributed from other sites on the Internet.
