I am running MacX 1.1 on a MacII with an apple ethernet card and OpenWindows on a Sun 4/110 running SunOS 4.1. The Xterm application works just fine, and I can get openwindows to start up correctly. I cannot get the commandtool to work. Every attempt comes up with the error message 'ttysw-TIOCSPGRP: Interrupted system call' just after the window pops open. The shell seems to be dead. I can type charaters in but the commands are not executed. Is anyone using this combination? I would like to know if this is a fatal bug in MacX or Openwin or if it is just something that I am doing wrong.
