Help!

I recently downloaded a DA from 'comp.binaries.mac' but I haven't
figured out how to use it.

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

In "Mysterious beeps" I write:

Additional info:
I don't have Easy Access installed.
  I'm running system 6.05.
Today it only beeped at me while running Director - not in the finder.
It's not the SuperClock chime; I've turned SC off.

I assume simms with 9 chips have parity. If that's the case, I replaced
the parity chips with non-, and still got the dialog on startup and
still got the beeps.

I'm completely stymied, and need an answer by Thursday.

Again, thanks for all help.
