[comp.sys.mac.misc] HAM, SuperMenu

Wouldn't he get wider distribution by making it shareware/freeware,
and licensing it to Claris for distribution with, say, Hypercard (or
to Apple fdw, say, System 7.0 (which is really super, btw))?

I sent sumex-aim a demo of SuperMenu, which will be part of the
HandOff ][ Upgrade scheduled for June. It goes four levels deep,
and [is this a bug or a feature?] only seems to provide one set
of 'hierarchical-sub-menus' for each folder... "HD alias" & HD Alias2"
do not both have all four levels of submenus .The reason i ask if it's
a feature is that it will not produce a hier-sub-menu for "Apple Menu
Items Alias" (think about what that would be!)

It's really nice to be able to get to almost every file on the HD from
the apple menu...an end to DT Launch (but not DT Find)

I am a _very_ satified HandOff user, and hope Connectix will be
successful in widely distributing this... although i do think this
functionality ("Application not found" substitution on the fly, not
ham) should be in the finder.

From the corrections column in a July Fresno, CA _Bee_:
"An item in Thursday's [issue] about the Massachusetts budget crisis
made reference to new taxes that will help put Massachusetts 'back in
the African-American.' The item should have said 'back in the black.'"
