I realize Photoshop probably does this, but I don't want to spend >$400 just to convert a few files once a month. There's a program on a SPARCStation that I use to generate ASCII Postscript files- dumping them to a Printer and scanning them produces unsatisfactory results as far as creating a clean, editable file. Is there a PD/Shareware program that reads raw PS and lets you save it in PICT2 format? So far, I have I have tried NCSA Image, NIH Image, GIF Converter, QuickGIF, Giffer, Grayview, Cricket Draw, Freehand 3.0, and Retouch without any success. If you have any ideas, post me mail and I'll summarize here when I get somethingto work. -- ================================================================================ | June 4th, 1989. || |================================================================================
