I have a Mac IIfx with a 170 Mbyte hard disk that I would like to backup onto another machine. The Mac is connected via Ethernet to a Silicon Graphics 4D/25 and a SUN Sparcstation 4/65. Both workstations have a QIC tape device attached and the SUN also has a 2.3 GB 8mm tape backup unit. Does anyone know if there exists a software package that will allow me to backup the Mac's hard disk onto either of these machines? (I am running NCSA telnet on the Mac and do not currently have MacTCP, if that's important). Thanks in advance Robert E. Luna email address: luna@cod.nosc.mil
